Eligibility for Returns

- It must be in the original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-refundable and non-returnable, including:

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer support at returns@lipozem.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping label if your return is approved.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided return label.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lipozem.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@lipozem.com.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.
