Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our customer support at returns@lipozem.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping label if your return is approved.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided return label.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lipozem.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@lipozem.com.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.
